Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Leadership/mentoring skills preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, and computer systems.
• Explain repairs to customers in understandable terms.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians in a fast-paced shop.
• Maintain organized workspace and adherence to safety policies.
