O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes managing the store during the Manager's absence and guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure compliance with service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
• Participate in hiring processes, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Ensure orders, returns, and exchanges are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure cash deposits and deliveries.
