Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team during the Manager’s absence and drive service excellence for retail and professional customers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with responsibilities including staffing the counter, coaching staff, interviewing candidates and ensuring timely order processing and returns.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff executes service programs.
• Collaborate with store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring by coordinating interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure all customer returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed efficiently and correctly.
