Crash Champions is hiring at one of its many collision repair centers in the United States. The technician will inspect damaged vehicles, plan repair work, and communicate status to teammates while ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery.

The role requires frame machine operation, body repair certification, and I-CAR welding credentials, with supervision of junior technicians and adherence to safety programs. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates with team on repair status.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and related parts to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces using tools.
• Directs an apprentice as needed.
