• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety and cost.
• Gains access by removing upholstery and related components.
• Attends required safety meetings and uses power/hand tools.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures as needed.
