Crash Champions is hiring at multiple locations in the U.S. The role involves examining damaged vehicles, planning repairs, and coordinating with the team to ensure high-quality, on-time work.

The ideal candidate has frame machine experience, body repair certification (preferred), and I-CAR welding credentials. You will lead repair tasks and may supervise apprentices while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Frame machine experience required.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Collaborates with others on repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical components to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with tools.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures when needed.
