Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, special education, psychology or related field.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required; other licensed credentials preferred.
• Experience with ASD and interdisciplinary teams; strong reporting and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Review delivery of ABA programs across subcontracted vendors and audit treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure appropriate caregiver training and care levels.
• Prepare monthly caseload status reports and address vendor/parent concerns.
• Coordinate with families, admin staff and Director; participate in monthly meetings.
• Travel up to 50% locally to sites within the territory.
