Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an experienced professional to review and oversee ABA-based intervention delivery across subcontracted vendors. The role ensures caregiver training, treatment plan delivery, and ongoing progress toward ASD-related goals.

Candidate must hold a BCBA and have master’s-level education in a related field, with strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills. Travel up to 50% is required, and CPR certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, etc.
• Must be a BCBA; MFT or licensed psychologist preferred.
• Must have CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontracted vendor programs for quality by on-site observation across locations.
• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports; ensure active authorization and progress toward goals.
• Troubleshoot vendor/parent concerns and ensure appropriate level of care.
• Evaluate vendor service delivery and communication among family and staff.
• Participate in monthly meetings and annual vendor audits with follow-up.
• Prepare and report monthly caseload status and progress for participants and vendors.
