Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified professional to oversee the delivery of ABA-based programs through subcontracted vendors. You will audit treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with care standards for children diagnosed with ASD.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA, master’s degree in a related field, and CPR certification, with 3+ years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting. This role requires up to 50% local travel and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA or equivalent licensure preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• 3 years of ASD-related experience in a multidisciplinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontracted vendor programs for quality assurance by observing procedures.
• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports from subcontracted vendors.
• Troubleshoot vendor/parent concerns and ensure appropriate level of care.
• Monitor communication among participants, families, and administrative staff.
• Participate in monthly meetings and annual vendor audits.
