Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations and ensuring safe, clean, and efficient service. You\'ll train and coach team members to deliver quality food and great guest experiences.

General knowledge of the restaurant or retail operations.
Restaurant management experience (QSR) or retail management; supervision experience.

Responsibilities

Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all food service standards.
Adheres to and enforces the employee handbook, policies and practices.
Performs opening and/or closing duties.
Monitors staffing, inventory levels and food cost control; adjusts as needed.
Completes weekly inventory.
Maintains files, records and required documentation.
Reinforces customer service and guest experience focus at all times.
Responds promptly to guest requests and resolves complaints.
