Job summary

Celonis seeks a Lead Applied Value Engineer for the High Tech vertical in New York. You will drive AI-enabled value with clients, shaping solutions across supply chain, inventory, and promotional analytics, partnering to demonstrate ROI and successful deployment.

You will prototype innovative solutions, lead technical demonstrations, and guide implementations to realize measurable value for global brands and retailers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading end-to-end technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in CPG/retail/e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of High Tech business processes and domain experts in Inventory, Supply Chain, Trade Promotion, or Loss Prevention.
• Solid knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: translate business requirements into innovative, needle-moving solutions.
• Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during pre-sales and guide post-sale implementation.
• Hackathons & Prototyping: rapidly build prototypes during customer hackathons for inventory routing and fulfillment.
• Agentic Process Transformation: enable autonomous AI agents with Process Intelligence and ROI focus.
• Proof Projects: architect/drive value through secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG and governance.
• Domain & Industry Leadership: act as SME for High Tech sector and scale solutions globally.
• Smart Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations: optimize WMS, RFID, micro-fulfillment, dynamic routing.
• Omnichannel & DTC Transformation: support seamless omnichannel and order-to-cash improvements.
• Sustainable Supply Chain & Eco-Fulfillment: track Scope 3, optimize cold-chain, reduce waste.
