Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior leader to manage Applied AI Engineers for the Megas segment in San Francisco. You will hire, coach, and grow a technical team embedded with large partner accounts, guiding architecture, evaluation, and production deployments of Claude at scale.

You\'ll collaborate with Mega Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Research to shape roadmaps, set engineering standards, and deliver high-impact, safe AI solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships and a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Production experience with LLMs and advanced prompt engineering.
• Strong programming in Python/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Applied AI Engineers serving Mega accounts; hire, coach, and onboard.
• Staff engineers into account-aligned pods with engineers and architects.
• Set performance goals and establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to Mega product/engineering leaders on Claude deployments.
