Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior leader to manage a team of Applied AI Engineers for the Megas segment. You will drive technical delivery with major accounts, co-design architectures, and guide production Claude workloads from discovery to deployment.

You will hire and coach engineers, align with pod leads and sales, and shape the roadmap with product and research for scalable impact across accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical engineering teams.
• Experience with large strategic accounts and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Production experience with LLMs, evaluation, and deployment patterns.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Applied AI Engineers for Mega accounts and drive technical impact.
• Partner with product, research, and sales to align roadmaps and architecture.
• Set metrics, dashboards, and governance for team health and outcomes.
• Coach engineers, recruit, and scale customer‑facing technical talent.
• Guide production Claude workloads from discovery to deployment and support.
