Job summary

Olympus Property is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Nashville to handle multi-trade repairs and preventative maintenance across communities. You will work with the Lead Technician on priorities, respond to emergencies, and help maintain indoor and outdoor spaces.

Requirements include 2+ years of apartment maintenance, EPA/HVAC and CPO certifications, and on-call availability. Olympus Property offers opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license required.
• CPO certification required.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary).
• On-call half of the month, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, cleaning coils.
• Repair and replace furnaces, appliances, and plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Repair electrical fixtures and switches and install new fixtures.
• Track service requests and maintenance work using software systems.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and pool upkeep.
