The role requires EPA certification and a background in senior maintenance or supervision within multifamily properties. Strong leadership and safety compliance are essential.

Qualificações

• EPA Certification – REQUIRED.
• Experience in multifamily apartment maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support day-to-day maintenance operations.
