Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a Lead Neighbor Service Technician to oversee all general apartment maintenance and ensure a high-quality living environment for our Neighbors. Primary duties include customer service, daily operations, and leadership of the maintenance team.

Qualified candidates will have 3–4 years in apartment maintenance, a HS diploma/GED with related certificates, and proficiency in Yardi.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum three related certificates (BOMA, IREM, or vocational programs).
• Availability for on-call services and weekends.
• 3–4 years of apartment maintenance experience; basic skills in plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring they feel at home and well cared for.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely turnover of apartments; troubleshoot and repair major and minor systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team, manage costs and resources, and support scheduling of vendors.
