Job summary

Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a Neighbor Service Technician II to efficiently perform general maintenance, service requests, and turnover functions to preserve the Neighborhood and provide a quality living environment for neighbors.

You will handle routine appliance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks, ensuring timely completion and high standards of care, both indoors and outdoors. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong communication with residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be available for on-call services.
• Minimum of two years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; read, write, and understand workplace communications.
• Basic computer proficiency; understanding of building materials and tools.
• Physical duties include standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and outdoor work in moderate temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to neighbors, ensuring they feel at home and cared for.
• Perform turnover tasks and maintenance across apartment units; troubleshoot and repair major and minor systems.
