Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance professional to perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires diagnosing issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining documentation for service requests. Responsibilities include completing unit make-ready, managing inventory, and supporting grounds and amenities maintenance while adhering to safety and code requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Technical/other training completed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HVAC Certification I and II.
• EPA Certification.
• Criminal history check will be performed.

Aufgaben

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing and repairing defects.
• Prepare units for leasing and move-ins, including making a punch list and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory and obtain materials from the maintenance department.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-containment by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
