Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation is seeking a Supervisor Passenger Service Operations in Warwick, RI. You will direct and train a shift providing passenger check-in, baggage handling, ramp services, de-icing, and aircraft servicing for contracted flights and charters, guiding the team with integrity and customer focus.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, FAA/TSA compliance oversight, report writing, MUFIDS updates, and coordination with airline dispatchers and TSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of aviation industry experience.
• Directs and trains assigned Agents; conducts ongoing training.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA regulations.
• Schedules and coordinates services for passenger processing and ramp operations.
• Maintains emergency checklists and prepares reports.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in customer service and ramp operations.
• Direct and train Agents; maintain training records.
• Implement policy and advise Station Manager.
• Coordinate with TSA, airline personnel for shift.
• Operate equipment and ensure maintenance.
• Ensure FAA/TSA compliance.
• Submit verbal and written reports.
• Update MUFIDS.
• Communicate manifests, weight/balance, fueling, timing.
• Handle billing, payments, and supplies.
