Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Phoenix to manage daily operations for 3+ technicians on airport ground support equipment and facilities. You will ensure schedules are met, coordinate repairs with airport staff, and promote a zero-defects approach to quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance leadership, CMMS experience, and ASE/State certifications, with strong OSHA safety knowledge and a track record of mentoring teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a maintenance setting, preferably in aviation.
• Experience with ground support equipment and aircraft handling areas.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and schedule 3+ technicians to meet maintenance plans.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and work orders with airport staff.
• Ensure adherence to training programs and safety regulations.
• Maintain turnover reports and oversee inventory as needed.
