Job summary

Elite Line Services in Dallas, TX seeks a Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance for airport ground support equipment, facilities, boarding bridges, and baggage handling areas.

You will manage 3+ technicians, ensure schedules, safety, and quality standards are met, and coordinate with airport staff for timely repairs and preventive maintenance. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

High School Graduation or GED or equivalent experience.
3 years’ experience in a related trade.
Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to meet maintenance schedules safely and efficiently.
Direct supervision of daily assignments for ground support equipment, facilities, boarding bridge, and baggage handling areas.
Coordinate and monitor repairs and preventive maintenance with airport and airline staff to minimize downtime.
Review and issue work orders; supervise technicians and mechanics.
Develop and maintain site safety and quality programs; train and mentor staff.
