Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Airframe and Powerplant License required.
• Aircraft factory training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete the necessary jobs and tasks with good judgement.
• Implement strong turnover of work to the next shift.
• Reduce aircraft turnaround time where possible within area of responsibility.
• Train/mentor technicians on assigned projects.
• Supervise team members in daily workload and ensure schedule adherence.
• Perform mechanical tasks including removal/installation of panels and components and sheet metal repair.
