Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe & Powerplant License are required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program specific airframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians to complete jobs on schedule and with high quality.
• Train and mentor technicians assigned to projects.
• Supervise daily work load and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate project flow and handoffs between shifts.
• Communicate project status and issues with customers and management.
• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
