Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an AI Workflow & Systems Designer to partner with business and technology leaders in redesigning complex workflows and creating AI-ready systems of work. This senior role leads discovery, translates needs into implementable designs, and builds repeatable enterprise design practices.

You will design human-in-the-loop workflows, define AI-augmented operation scopes, and produce artifacts that guide architecture and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in systems design, workflow transformation, or related fields.
Deep expertise in systems thinking and human-AI interaction.
Experience leading multi-functional engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across teams.
Identify value of AI within workflows and define human-AI division of labor.
Create implementation-ready design artifacts and blueprints.
Facilitate senior-level workshops to align stakeholders on future-state designs.
Translate business needs into clear system-of-work requirements.
