Job summary

Celonis seeks a Lead Value Engineer to own customer success and drive AI adoption across top-tier O&G enterprise accounts. You will translate complex business needs into technical strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, blending Oil & Gas DNA with AI-first thinking to maximize customer value.

The role requires 7+ years of strategic experience, deep SaaS/AI fluency, and global program leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of highly relevant experience with multiple strategic workstreams
Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS (e.g., SAP) and AI fluency
Flawless English with exceptional executive presence
Expert knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain and Energy sector dynamics
Engineering/CS/Math/Analytics or economics with technical background

Responsibilities

Value Selling & Realization: drive ROI targets and craft executive narratives for enterprise AI adoption
Stakeholder Management: orchestrate C-suite sponsorship and enterprise-wide change management
Program Management: steer cross-regional transformation programs and AI-driven account planning
Platform & AI Fluency: operate as AI-fluent leader guiding technical teams on complex builds
Scale Value: define expansion roadmap and identify next-generation industry use cases
