Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to lead the transformation of its Technology division into an AI-first engineering organization.

You will own the agentic SDLC, stand up secure CI/CD pipelines, and integrate AI tooling across GitHub, VS Code, and Copilot while driving high-leverage AI applications to accelerate product development. The role combines hands-on building with evangelism, requiring expertise in agentic AI, security, and cloud-native

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in cloud-native environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI development, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and HIPAA/PHI considerations.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine the agentic harness toolchain used by engineers.
• Design agent orchestration patterns and integration with MCP.
• Increase agentic code check-in rates and track progress.
• Serve as SME on agentic coding practices and evaluate new tools.
• Design interoperable workflows across Jira, Azure DevOps, and APIs.
• Build evaluation framework for AI outputs.
