You will build foundational tooling, define secure CI/CD pipelines, and integrate agentic workflows with GitHub, VS Code, and Copilot while guiding squads toward standardized practices. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development, including orchestration and context engineering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and security gates (SAST/DAST).

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine the agentic harness toolchain (GitHub, VS Code, Copilot, Claude).
• Design agent orchestration patterns and context engineering practices.
• Increase agentic code check-in rates and report progress via METL framework.
• Serve as SME on agentic coding practices and evaluate new tools.
• Design interoperable workflows across Jira, Azure DevOps, and APIs.
