Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. seeks a lead AI Solution Engineer to drive agentic software delivery on Azure. You will build tooling, guardrails, and CI/CD pipelines, integrating GitHub, VS Code, and Copilot for AI-assisted development across squads.

You’ll establish security controls, evaluation frameworks, and workflows that scale while ensuring HIPAA/PHI safety in healthcare-adjacent data environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on agentic AI development including prompt engineering and orchestration.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI/agent output and HITL reviews.
• Knowledge of AI security practices, prompt-injection mitigation, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic engineering across CI/CD pipelines and tool integrations.
• Define and enforce agentic workflows, interoperability, and guardrails.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and quality gates for AI outputs.
• Collaborate across teams to advance Azure-native agentic practices.
