Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in cloud-native environments.
• Experience in agentic AI development and MCP tools.
• Strong understanding of AI security practices (prompt-injection, sandboxing).

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine the agentic harness toolchain (GitHub, VS Code, Copilot) for AI-assisted development.
• Design and document multi-agent orchestration patterns and context engineering practices.
• Improve agentic code check-in rates and monitor progress via METL framework.
• Serve as SME on agentic coding practices and assess new AI tools for Azure-native fit.
• Design interoperable workflows across Jira, Azure DevOps, and enterprise APIs.
