Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI systems in enterprise environments. The role emphasizes building cloud-native workflows, integrating multiple AI platforms, and delivering robust, secure solutions across complex domains.

You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases, prototyping quickly, and delivering scalable AI-native agents that augment enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' end-to-end software engineering and SDLC experience.
• 8+ years in cloud-native engineering, APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless.
• Proficiency in Python, Java or equivalents; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Experience deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Experience leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
• 2+ years hands-on with Agentic AI solutions.
• 1.5+ years with semantic models, knowledge graphs, and enterprise knowledge.
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Experience designing agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG, workflows) in production.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
