Job summary

Kenect seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of programs supporting its AI platform. You’ll partner with a remote development team and cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives moving, priorities aligned, and projects on track.

You’ll own program execution, facilitate Agile processes, manage risks, and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder alignment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product/tech, including SaaS experience.
• Proven experience managing technical programs or projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum with facilitation experience.
• Experience with remote or distributed teams and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Excel for reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, influencing skills, and proactive planning.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multiple technical programs.
• Partner with engineering and leadership to set goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Organize Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinements, reviews, retrospectives.
• Identify blockers, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum.
• Develop program plans, schedules, milestones, and success metrics.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Support remote teams with clear communication and accountability.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and Excel to track progress and report to stakeholders.
• Establish and improve program management processes and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and workflows.
