Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking an AI Program/Project Manager to drive development and deployment of AI/ML solutions, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact products.

You will align data engineering, AI, and business teams, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and communicate progress to leadership while ensuring production deployment and ongoing model performance monitoring across time zones.

Qualifications

• Data-driven program/PM with concise requirements and clear success criteria.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and AI/ML lifecycles and data platform ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI/ML vision, scope, dependencies and risks.
• Partner with Engineering to develop and maintain the solution roadmap and backlog.
• Lead delivery of AI/ML solutions ensuring timelines, scope, and quality.
