Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a hands-on program leader to own strategy and end-to-end delivery of cross-cutting AI platform programs spanning multiple engineering and product teams.

You will drive alignment, build repeatable processes, and partner with engineers, product and science teams to turn customer pain points into roadmap priorities. This role demands high ownership and clear communication to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• 4 years of managing teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of cross-cutting programs that span multiple engineering, product, and science teams.
• Build and own long-term roadmaps that improve delivery speed, quality, and operational excellence across our services.
• Identify trends across programs and influence prioritization so teams invest in the highest-impact work.
• Drive alignment across organizations, making difficult resource and scope trade-offs and securing buy-in on key priorities.
• Design repeatable processes, standards, and automation that help teams scale without slowing down.
• Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to turn customer and builder pain points into roadmap decisions.
• Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership, and keep stakeholders aligned as plans evolve.
• Manage and develop a team of program managers, setting a high bar for delivery and ownership.
