Popular is seeking an AI Platform Engineering Lead to build and lead a secure, scalable AI platform engineering function across the enterprise technology ecosystem. You will drive collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Product to deliver AI-enabled solutions while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

Eight or more years in Software/Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related tech roles.
Two or more years working with AI platforms, ML infra, or LLMs.
Experience delivering cloud-native solutions in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing AI Platform Engineering team.
Define objectives, standards, and career development plans for the team.
Partner with senior leaders to define the AI platform services roadmap and strategy.
Design, implement, and support enterprise AI platform capabilities across the organization.
Ensure secure deployment practices, governance, and risk management for AI platforms.
