Compeer Financial seeks a senior AI platform engineer to lead enterprise AI strategy, oversee platforms and tools for LLMs, and drive responsible AI adoption across portfolios. You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps, and partner with architecture, security, and risk teams.

The role emphasizes scalable, secure AI delivery, collaboration with product, and translating business goals into practical AI solutions while maintaining engineering excellence and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and operating complex software and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI applications and platforms using LLMs, vector search, agents, and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI platform engineering and adoption by building enterprise AI platforms, tools, services, and integrations for LLMs and agents.
• Establish AI operational excellence with reusable components, guardrails, monitoring, and cost/performance management.
• Partner on AI governance and risk with security, legal, compliance, and data governance teams.
