The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and collaboration with architecture, product, security, and data teams. Mentoring engineers and shaping multi‑year AI roadmaps are core goals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating complex software platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical safety controls for AI.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities
