GoodLeap seeks a technical leader to guide a growing team of engineers focused on AI transformation. You will own architecture, delivery, and reliability of AI solutions, ensuring robust, secure, and auditable systems.

As a hands-on leader, you will steer decisions on agentic workflows, LLM integration, and MCP orchestration, while enforcing standards and driving CI/CD, observability, and debt management across the AI portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based or agentic products
• Strong cloud-native and API design skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers focused on AI transformation.
• Own architecture, delivery, and reliability of AI solutions.
