Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects to build multi-agent memory systems and advanced context design.

The role requires deep expertise in RAG, semantic chunking, inference optimization, and distributed inference, with a track record of enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native toolchains and code assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, Rust or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic chunking.
• Benchmark architectures against AI and human evaluations.
• Lead integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Mentor the Knowledge/Data team and shape IP strategy.
