EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for large enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects focused on multi-agent memory systems, RAG, semantic chunking, and context design.

In this fast-paced role, you will drive architecture decisions, develop replicable integration frameworks, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Security, Data and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native tools and code assistants.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems used across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Benchmark performance and lead validation against automated and human evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead a team of AI architects and mentor junior engineers.
