Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, statistics, math, or related field, or 2+ years in IT/analytics.
• Minimum 5 years creating, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems; up to 2 years with AI-focused MS/PhD or certs.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLX, or JAX.
• Experience with design patterns and microservices, incl. 3+ years container orchestration.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, explainability, fairness and bias mitigation.
• 3+ years in techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation, Tree of Thoughts, or Multimodal CoT in prompts.
• 4+ years productionizing AI models with scalable data pipelines and monitoring.
• 5+ years working in Agile-like teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and systems for AI applications and products.
• Lead prototypes and MVPs to validate AI solutions before heavy resource use.
• Help design cloud architectures for large AI systems.
• Design robust data pipelines for large AI workloads.
• Develop low-latency APIs and services to deploy AI models.
• Write code to monitor AI models and ensure reliability.
• Participate in agile-like development practices.
• Create and maintain documentation per team standards.
• Ensure peer reviews on all work and mentor juniors.
• Guide AI engineers on best practices and methodologies.
• Keep up with new tools and AI research.
• Advise leadership on enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to realize business value.
