Premera Blue Cross seeks an AI Engineer IV to lead AI/ML initiatives from concept to production. You will mentor engineers, design scalable data pipelines, and guide governance and best practices across teams. This remote role emphasizes agile development and cutting-edge AI research.

You will deploy robust AI infrastructure, build low-latency APIs, and communicate complex tradeoffs to stakeholders while advancing enterprise AI strategies and data quality initiatives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems.
• Experience deploying ML models with scalable data pipelines.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in ethical AI, explainability, fairness and bias mitigation.
• Proven in productionizing AI and building monitoring systems.

Responsabilidades

• Guide solutioning of complex AI challenges from concept to prod.
• Lead ideation, prototyping, and MVPs for AI products.
• Design cloud architecture for large AI systems and data pipelines.
• Develop low-latency APIs and services to deploy models.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on AI governance and data quality.
