Job summary

NewRocket, a global Elite ServiceNow partner, seeks a ServiceNow Lead Engineer – AI (India) to spearhead our AI/ML development efforts and design AI solutions that transform workflows and set new industry standards.

As Principal Architect, you’ll mentor a team, train models across AWS, Azure, and Vertex AI, and push NLP, data engineering, and analytics to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applying AI & automation within ServiceNow ecosystems.
• Senior/lead role experience mentoring developers and guiding complex projects.
• Strong coding in Python & SQL with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Deep knowledge of algorithms, OOP, and functional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and leadership across our AI/ML practice in ServiceNow.
• Mentor a team of AI/ML developers and shape next-gen Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop, train, and deploy ML models for predictive analytics and classification.
• Work across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to deliver scalable solutions.
• Fine-tune Hugging Face transformers for classification, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Build chatbots and AI automation with Teams, Azure AI, and ServiceNow.
• Harness Spark and Snowflake for large-scale analytics and data processing.
• Design ETL pipelines ensuring quality, transformation, and validation.
• Optimize SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for performance.
• Turn insights into impact with Tableau and Power BI.
• Train and deploy LLMs for conversational AI and summarization.
• Engineer autonomous, adaptive AI agents with real-time learning.
