Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to design scalable enterprise AI solutions that connect Claude-powered models with ServiceNow and client data. You will lead a cross-functional team, align business needs with technical designs, and ensure secure, production-ready deployments.

The role requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and integration patterns across cloud services and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL with cloud services.
• Experience delivering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or agentic automation projects for enterprises.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, API integration, and governance for production AI.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Design end-to-end architectures: data ingestion, model selection, orchestration, APIs, and governance.
• Lead workshops, reviews, and client demonstrations to show value of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, data engineers, and AI/ML teams to deploy production systems.
