Job summary

NewRocket in Boston is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions. You will lead AI/ML architecture, data engineering, cloud design, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, secure Claude-powered workflows integrated with ServiceNow and enterprise data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years applying AI, ML, data science, or software engineering to enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI and ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Define end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, data preparation, model selection, orchestration, APIs, workflow integrations, user experiences, monitoring, and governance.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, design reviews, and client demonstrations.
• Design agentic AI systems with defined roles, task boundaries, memory and context strategies, approval gates, and escalation mechanisms.
• Develop agentic workflows that integrate with ServiceNow, enterprise APIs, and cloud services.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls for sensitive, high-impact actions.
