Job summary

NewRocket is hiring an experienced Agentic AI Architect to support a large global client and help shape, design, and deploy enterprise AI solutions. This role combines AI/ML architecture, generative AI engineering, data engineering, cloud solution design, and technical leadership across Claude-powered workflows, RAG, and tool integration with ServiceNow and enterprise data.

You will work with Python, SQL, cloud platforms, big data tools, and modern ML frameworks to build scalable architectures,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience applying AI, ML, data science, or automation to enterprise use cases.
• Hands-on coding in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks and enterprise AI deployments.
• Experience architecting or delivering AI/LLM-based solutions, including RAG, tooling, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise use cases across data ingestion, model selection, orchestration, APIs, and governance.
• Design agentic AI systems that can reason over enterprise context, execute tasks, and coordinate across apps and data sources.
• Lead technical discovery, workshops, reviews, and client demos; translate business needs into actionable designs and roadmaps.
• Design AI solutions using Claude or other LLM platforms; implement prompt engineering, context management, and structured outputs.
• Develop AI automation with ServiceNow integrations, tool use, and workflow orchestration; ensure security and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, safety, latency, cost, and user adoption; establish governance and observability.
