Job summary

Remitly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Conversational Experiences to lead end-to-end strategy for AI-powered customer interactions.

You will shape the product vision, own the roadmap, and drive revenue, retention, and wallet share across chat, multimodal interfaces, and platform integrations. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, risk, and operations, using a product-led growth approach to improve onboarding, activation, and expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management building consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong data & experimentation fluency (A/B, funnel analysis).
• Experience with AI-powered or conversational experiences.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Excellent written and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and OKRs for conversational experiences.
• Own and sequence the product roadmap leveraging platform capabilities.
• Launch 0-to-1 experiences with AI/LLM integrations.
• Define success metrics and telemetry to validate PMF.
• Develop PLG funnels across onboarding to expansion.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success on GTM.
• Represent product with senior leadership.
