Zusammenfassung

TrueML is a mission-driven fintech company focused on humanizing the recovery process for distressed borrowers using AI. As Senior Product Manager, you will bring conversational AI to life inside our platform—spanning voice, chat, and messaging channels used by consumers and clients.

You will own the conversational AI roadmap, define behavior standards for AI agents, and manage vendor integrations while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or regulated financial services.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based capabilities in production.
• Experience with voice/chat agents, IVR, or contact center tech.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience with B2B2C products and balancing client vs consumer experience.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the conversational AI roadmap across voice and chat.
• Establish behavior standards for AI agents and ensure unified experience across channels.
• Manage vendor relationships and specify requirements for telephony and CRM integrations.
• Drive operational metrics while partnering with Legal and Compliance on FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA.
• Prepare Operations, Client Success, and Compliance with training and runbooks before launches.
