Job summary

Modernize, a QuinStreet division, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered customer acquisition experiences across conversational platforms, including ChatGPT, WhatsApp, and RCS. You will own the strategy and execution of products that enable homeowners to discover contractors, request quotes, and connect with service providers directly through AI-driven conversations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management for complex technical products.
• 2+ years with AI/Chatbot or LLM products.
• Experience launching AI products into production.
• Strong knowledge of AI agents, MCP, function calls, or similar integration frameworks.
• Experience with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, RCS, SMS).
• Familiarity with consent, TCPA, and compliance requirements.
• Leadership of zero-to-one initiatives from strategy to launch.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered conversational experiences.
• Own MCP capabilities and APIs linking external AI with contractor services.
• Design and optimize journeys across messaging platforms.
• Drive LLM-powered solutions for qualification, matching, and leads.
• Ensure data privacy, consent, and regulatory compliance with Legal.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define technical requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with integration teams to connect leads to CRM/scheduling systems.
• Define and monitor KPIs: conversion, lead quality, AI performance, revenue impact.
• Expand AI distribution channels and strategic platform partnerships.
