Job summary

Remitly seeks a Senior Product Designer to partner on a zero-to-one team building next-generation conversational experiences across AI platforms, messaging apps, and voice interfaces. You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to define, design, and launch human-centered experiences across platforms.

The role is hybrid (3 days/week) in Seattle, reporting to the Product Design Director. You will lead design for end-to-end workflows, advocate for user insights, and drive cohesive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio showing thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences.
• Experience driving important product direction, set goals, identify opportunities, and make customer-centric decisions.
• Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma, Invision or similar products; Expert-level knowledge of Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design conversational experiences across platforms including agentic surfaces and messaging apps.
• Advocate for design in planning and development to shape product direction.
• Create visually compelling interfaces that connect emotionally with users and reflect the brand.
• Unify and maintain cohesion across a growing family of products and share user insights with teammates.
