Job summary

TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to bring conversational AI to life across voice, chat, and messaging channels used by customers and clients.

You will own the conversational AI roadmap, design agent behavior, and coordinate with vendors and servicing systems while ensuring regulatory compliance. This remote-first role emphasizes cross-functional readiness and measurable impact on customer experience and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or regulated services.
• Shipped LLM-based capabilities in production with understanding of prompting and latency.
• Hands-on experience with voice agents, chat agents, IVR, or contact center tech.
• Strong analytical skills to answer questions about conversation data.
• Experience balancing client configuration with consumer experience in B2B2C setups.
• thrives in ambiguous, roll-up-your-sleeves environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the conversational AI roadmap across voice and chat.
• Establish behavior standards for AI agents, including authentication and handoffs.
• Manage vendor relationships and integration requirements for telephony and CRM.
• Drive metrics like latency and cost per resolution with Legal/Compliance.
• Prepare operations and client success teams with training and runbooks before launches.
